Dr Telfer completed degrees in arts and science (Honours) at Monash University before changing over to a medical degree at Flinders University in Adelaide. She graduated in 2000 and was drawn to the diversity of general practice. She joined East Bentleigh Medical Group in 2005. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, especially women’s health and children’s health. Outside the clinic, Dr Telfer enjoys spending time with her family and indulging in chocolate.
