Vivienne Wang begins consulting as a Dietitian from East Bentleigh Medical Group on Monday 10th October. Initially she will be here Monday afternoons.
Specialising in PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), Fertility, Prenatal Nutrition and Eating Disorders, Vivienne is passionate about helping improve people’s lives through nutrition. Through her own experience with PCOS, Vivienne has a good understanding of the condition and how she can best support patients going through it, with her holistic approach and caring nature.
As a registered Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD), Vivienne can help clients with nutrition advice to best support individuals to optimise their health. She can also help with:
- IVF preparation
- Endometriosis
- MTHFR mutation
- Recurrent miscarriage
- Pregnancy of multiples
- Pregnancy complications: gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, morning sickness
- Postpartum weight loss
- Egg freezing
- Thyroid conditions
- Tailored nutritional supplements
Initial visits with Vivienne are for 60 minutes and cost between $160 and $220 per visit. Reviews are usually for 30 minutes and cost between $90 and $140 per visit. In most cases, rebates can be claimed as part of your GP team care arrangement or under your private health. Review packages are also available.
If you see Vivienne as part of your 5 visits on an enhanced primary care plan, those visit will cost $76 per visit and you will receive $56 rebate from Medicare.
